As title says, this char is focused on subcap PVP.
No useles indy/capital trash skills.
SKILLS

* Perfect subcap gunnery (exept large and medium energy turret, because they are crappy)
* Perfect missile support, Rockets, HMs and HAM @lvl 5
* Perfect subcap navigation
